Preacher’s Cadillac

September 20, 2020

Preacher’s Cadillac are the Ukrainian rock band from Kyiv formed in 2017. The group consists of Andy Omelchenko (lead vocals, guitar) and  Dmitriy Gedrovich (lead guitar, keyboards, vocals). Currently the band is collaborating with session musicians while playing live: Konstantin Pinayev (drums, percussions) and Alekandr Alexandrov (bass, keyboards).

Initially inspired by 70’s, 80’s and 90’s rock, PC’s musical style has evolved throughout their experiments while recording their first album “Amnesia” in the beginning of 2018. This album was recorded live and the band’s intention was to keep it as a “working material” for further sessions, however after mastering the songs in the studio - the decision was reconsidered. Their lyrics often embellished with spiritual imagery, focus on personal and social themes.
In 2019 the band started to work on their second album “It Could Be”. The release is scheduled for 2020.
